These Terms & Conditions govern all reservations, stays, services, and use of the website and facilities of My5 Hotel & Kitchen (“the Hotel,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By making a reservation, staying at the Hotel, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.


1. Reservations & Bookings

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Reservations may be made directly with the Hotel or through third-party booking platforms.

  • Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.

  • Valid identification may be required at check-in.


2. Rates & Payments

  • Room rates are quoted per night and may be subject to applicable taxes or service charges.

  • Payment may be required in advance, at check-in, or at check-out, depending on the booking type.

  • The Hotel reserves the right to change rates without prior notice; confirmed bookings will not be affected.


3. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.


4. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Failure to cancel within the permitted period or failure to arrive (“no-show”) may result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay or as specified at booking.


5. Occupancy & Use of Rooms

  • Room occupancy must not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed per room category.

  • Rooms are for accommodation purposes only and must not be used for illegal, commercial, or disruptive activities.

  • The Hotel reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund if these conditions are violated.


6. Guest Conduct

  • Comply with all safety and security procedures.

The Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests engaging in inappropriate, abusive, or unlawful behavior.

  • The Hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless caused by proven negligence.


8. Valuables

  • The Hotel is not responsible for valuables left unsecured in rooms or public areas.


9. Amenities & Services

  • Facilities and services are provided subject to availability.

  • The Hotel reserves the right to suspend or modify services for maintenance, safety, or operational reasons.


10. Health, Safety & Security

  • Guests must comply with all health, safety, and security guidelines.

  • The Hotel is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow posted instructions or staff guidance.
